The purpose of this Extraordinary General Meeting is to seek members’ approval to pursue the conversion of Worcestershire Parent Carer Forum into a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO).

Resolution:
“That the members approve the application for Worcestershire Parent Carer Forum to become a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) and authorise the Steering Group to take all necessary steps to implement this change.”
