Our Work
PCF Projects
We run a range of projects aimed at improving the lives of families with children and young people with SEND. From co-producing resources with local services to organising events that bring parent carers together, our projects are shaped by the voices of families in our community. Every project we undertake is designed to address real issues faced by families, whether it’s improving access to education, enhancing health services, or creating peer support networks. By working collaboratively and amplifying parent carer voices, we drive positive change across Worcestershire.
