On behalf of the Integrated care board ICS Stakeholders are invited to attend a half day workshop focused on the future of children and young people within our ICS and the services we provide now and, in the future,
- This event will be a discussion about our strategic intentions for our young people and our ability to meet statutory & NHS Long Term Plan requirements as described in the Joint Forward View.
- Our system is experiencing growing demand on children’s services, pressure to meet statutory time scales and the increasing lengthy waits for all local services.
- The event will be facilitated by the King’s Fund, as part of their ‘Radical Collaboration’ programme.
- The focus of the workshop will be on collaborative solutions and transformational change.
